· Prior to founding dB Professionals, Mr. Palani worked for various organizations including IBM, Sears and consulted for major organizations in the USA, India and the Middle East

· Mr. Palani lives in the suburb of Chicago with his wife and son

· Mr. Palani practices Yoga and participates in spiritual programs

John Soles

John Soles brings over 26 years of IT experience working with small, mid-cap and fortune 1000 company CIOs, directors and IT managers offering best-of-breed solutions from companies like IBM, EMC, HP, and Sun. John is a Senior Business Development Manager with dB Professionals.

* For nearly two years, he has been helping clients reduce costs, increase productivity and reduce risk with our unique out-tasking, stop-gap, and NextGen IT staffing services.

* His consulting history includes working for Sysix, Visara (formerly Memorex Telex), RLI, and Tandy where he specialized in storage (EMC certified), virtualization, consolidation, and inter-networking solutions for mainframe, iSeries, Unix, and Windows environments among healthcare, manufacturing, financial, retail, distribution, and service companies.

Frank Dupre

Frank Dupre, age 55, brings over 30 years of wide-ranging IT experience including data center consolidation, systems application management, and software engineering. Mr. Dupre joins dB Professionals, as a Business Development Manager sharing responsibility for the development of new business offerings and process management methodology. Recently, Mr. Dupre served as the Director of Systems Services for Forsythe Solutions Group, where he lead research in data center consolidation, specifically server consolidation and virtualization, and designed solutions to be based on Forsythe proprietary utility computing products.

Mr. Dupre served as a senior technical consultant for Akamai Technologies where he designed solutions based on Akamai’s proprietary content delivery network and utility computing products. Mr. Dupre’s prior experience also includes technical consulting, software development, and product management roles at Siemens, Telenisus Corporation, EMC, and Xerox. Dupre has also served as a computer science instructor at Butler University, Indianapolis and Northern Virginia Community College. Mr. Dupre has Bachelor degrees in Computer Science from the University of Oregon and Biology from the University of Liberia.
