Out-Tasked System Administrators (OTSA) are responsible for off-hour/daily client system administration & operational support. Specific role and responsibilities are established according to service need & the scope defined during the client consultation.
Role & responsibilities include:
Coordination & assistance in system administration-related tasks
User account administration
Off-hour Application performance monitoring
Off-hour Backup/Recovery monitoring
CPU/Disk/Memory log monitoring
Out-Tasked System Administrators can also:
Participate in your staff meetings and weekly status updates.
Assist with incident submittal & management.
Act as an alternative point person for issue escalation.
Provide alternative ad-hoc new user assistance.
